Dr. Timothy Ogboruche is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Business consultant, A&R consultant, Record label owner & Music Business Coach, Real estate and Hospitality Consultant, Philanthropist, and Geologist by training. He is an alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nigeria, Lagos Business School, IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain, University of Wisconsin Platteville in Chicago, and Harvard Business School.

As a serial Entrepreneur, he honed his skills, built capacity, and gained experience in multinationals like Shell Nigeria and Nigerian Mining Corporation before venturing into entrepreneurship.

He is the President of Tehila Records and Chairman of Teleworld Integrated Services Limited where he heads a world-class team.

He is a thought leader in The African gospel music space having pioneered various ‘first of its kind’ concerts and worship events that have brought together various gospel artistes across Africa and the globe. Some of these include Annual Alabanza concerts, Night of Worship, Unusual Praise concert, and Praise Flame Market outreaches with a crowd capacity of over 10,000 per time.

Most notable is how his Alabanza event which was held in South Africa at the Lyric Theater brought together the best of Nigerian and South African gospel artistes in one space and this monumental event played a Pivotal role in quelling the ongoing festering issue of Xenophobia by using Music as a tool to influence societal change and create peace policies in government that eventually saw to the end of the societal issue.

In Africa, Dr Tim Ogboruche is a force to reckon with in Artiste growth and development. He has used his experience, expertise and grit to nurture, navigate, and chart the trajectory of most established gospel artists. He is interested in imparting and building leadership, excellence, and empowerment in the next generation. This he does through his SPOTLIGHT initiative: a musical platform set up for identifying, showcasing, and harnessing the talents of young and upcoming music artistes in Nigeria.

These feats have earned him various awards like NGMA, Crystal Awards Nigeria, AGMA UK and TAGMA South Africa to name a few.
